Greetings Senior Parents,
The first step for your student to receive free money for college is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid form (FAFSA). PHEAA, is offering an in-person FAFSA Completion Workshop as well as a virtual opportunity for families to receive help. All workshops are FREE to the public.
FAFSA Completion workshop: Financial aid experts from PHEAA and the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) will provide hands-on assistance to families who need to complete the FAFSA.
Date: Thursday, February 5, 2026
Times:5:00 PM, 5:40 PM, & 6:20 PM (three sessions offered)
Location: PHEAA – 1200 N 7th Street, Harrisburg
Registration: Due to limited laptop availability, registration is strongly recommended.

Important Prerequisite: “All students and contributors (such as parents and spouses) must establish their StudentAid.gov Account (FSA ID) at StudentAid.gov/fsa-id/create-account. This step is crucial, as the FSA ID is required to complete and electronically sign the FAFSA.
